Designers

Designers reach out when they want to sharpen their craft — or when they’re stepping into leadership and it suddenly feels like a different job. I’ve been through both: years as an IC shipping products, then building and leading design teams. I’m also a certified coach, so we can go beyond craft into how you grow as a person—not only as a designer or a leader.

I’ve been a product design mentor for years. Some people come to sharpen craft. Some come for design leadership coaching, when the job quietly changes.

What I do

  • Craft

Mid-level and senior · leveling up

Get better at problem-solving, presenting work, and making the decisions behind the design, not just how things look.

  • Leadership

Senior and lead · moving into management

Move from your first lead role to running a team, owning outcomes, growing people, and no longer doing all the design yourself.

What they say

Petr Mihle

I came to Martin five years ago as a developer trying to become a designer. He’s mentored me ever since—through a rebrand, my own startup’s direction, and the hard questions in between.

How I work

We meet bi-weekly, without a fixed curriculum, and work on whatever is most real for you right now.

The first conversation is a free call. Email if that’s easier.
